Natural Sugar vs refined sugar. They are different right? RIGHT?!?!
Although the harmful health effects of sugar are now indisputable, we are still eating an incredible amount of it. In fact, the average Longmont resident consumes three pounds of the sweet white poison per week!
It’s easy to understand why. Sugar is tasty, and it’s addictive (and did i mention tasty?). Well the addictive nature of sugar, when you study brain scans, suggest sugar is just as addictive as cocaine. YIKES!
